Well, it’s a huge place and you’re a bit spoiled for choice, so it all depends on what you’re looking for. The Danube cycle path is scenic and great for leisurely cycles, whereas the Bavarian Alps will get the blood pumping.
Anywhere between May and October brings mild, pleasant weather in Germany. If you want hot weather, June to September is your best bet, but expect more crowds.
