It’s our way of ensuring you always get the best value without having to shop around.

How it works

1. Find the same holiday at a lower price The trip must be identical – same departure date, accommodation and rating, duration, room type, extras, and number of travellers.

2. Check availability The competitor’s holiday must be currently in stock and bookable.

3. Show us the proof Share a direct link or receipt showing the lower price at the time of booking.

4. Get in touch Contact us directly by phone, email, or live chat with the details.

5. We’ll match it (or beat it) Once we’ve verified the details, we’ll adjust your price straight away or refund the difference if you’ve already booked.

Important things to know

• UK retailers only – Our promise applies to UK-based authorised competitors.
• Identical holidays only – All aspects of the holiday must match: dates, hotels and star rating, duration, passengers, room type, and included extras.
• No special deals – Price matches don’t apply to promotions, discount codes, flash sales, or offers from private sellers.
• Timing matters – Price matches must be requested before or at the time of booking. We can’t process requests after purchase.

Proof required – We need clear evidence (a link or receipt) to confirm the lower price.
