Boutique stays, every night: hand-picked wine-estate hotels, restored townhouses and five-star spa retreats — chosen so the evening is as much a destination as the ride.
Wine country, properly done: three routes through Burgundy alone, plus Alsace’s villages and Champagne by e-bike from Paris — with private tastings and cellar visits built into the itinerary rather than bolted on.
Effortless, whichever way you ride: most of our luxury tours are self-guided — premium bikes, seamless luggage transfers and concierge-level planning, with the route yours to savour — while Istria and the Peloponnese add expert-guided, small-group options.
Routes chosen for the view, not the suffering: Mallorca’s west coast, the Alpine descent from Salzburg to the Adriatic, and island-hopping the Saronic Gulf with a boat as your floating hotel.
The details that make it luxury: sunset sailings, spa afternoons, olive-oil and wine estates opened just for you — the touches that turn a good week’s riding into the year’s best holiday.
Is there anything better than a relaxing stay at a luxury hotel after a hard day cycling? We don't think so
Luxury cycling holidays are defined by three things: premium accommodation (boutique hotels, restored manor houses, wine estates), seamless logistics (luggage transfers, support vehicles, expert guides), and curated experiences (private wine tastings, Michelin-quality dining, cultural excursions). The cycling itself is designed for enjoyment, not endurance.
Less than most people expect: our luxury tours start from £515 for a short Burgundy break, with most week-long trips between £1,000 and £1,700, and our flagship guided Peloponnese sail-and-cycle at £2,690. Prices include boutique accommodation, luggage transfers and the experiences listed on each tour — flights excluded.
No. Luxury tours are designed for recreational riders, not athletes. Daily distances are typically 30–60 kilometres on manageable terrain, with e-bikes available for hillier days. The emphasis is on experience and enjoyment rather than physical challenge.
Tuscany, Provence, the Douro Valley, and Mallorca are the established luxury cycling destinations — each offering world-class food, wine, and scenery alongside excellent cycling infrastructure. Croatia's Dalmatian Coast and Portugal's Alentejo are emerging luxury alternatives at slightly lower price points.
Luxury is the standard, not the format. Most of our luxury tours are self-guided — you get the boutique hotels, premium bikes and full support, with the freedom of your own pace — and a handful, like Istria and the Peloponnese, run as small guided groups. Choose the format on the tour page; the standard is the same.
