Rome enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers (25–32 °C) and mild winters (10–15 °C). The best months for cycling are April to June and September to October, when the days are warm but comfortable. The Appian Way and Tiber paths are smooth, traffic-free stretches perfect for relaxed riding, while e-bikes make exploring Rome’s gentle hills even easier.
