Kid-friendly bike trails lead to medieval castles, the colourful Sigurta Garden Park, and the lakeside villages of Garda, Bardolino and Sirmione, with the shore always within easy reach.

Individual arrival and overnight in Peschiera del Garda.
Ride among fruit plantations and Lugana vineyards to Solferino, site of the battle that shaped a united Italy, passing historic castles at Monzambano and Castellaro Lagusello.
A private transfer takes you and your bikes to Mantua, then cycle along the Mincio river through Borghetto to Sigurta Garden Park, with its ponds, maze and educational play farm.
A ferry crossing takes you to Garda village, from where you ride the lakeside route towards Bardolino, famous for its red wine, with an optional detour to Lazise.
Cycle through the rolling hills of the southern shore, past San Martino della Battaglia, to the medieval castle town of Sirmione and the Roman villa remains at Grotte di Catullo.

Getting to Peschiera del Garda
By plane: Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), around 20km away, is the closest option, with British Airways and easyJet flights from the UK. A train from Verona Porta Nuova reaches Peschiera in around 30 minutes.
By train: Peschiera's railway station sits on the main Milan-Venice line, with frequent direct services from Verona Porta Nuova (around 15-20 minutes).
Getting home from Peschiera del Garda
By plane: as this is a centre-based holiday, the return journey retraces the outbound route back to Verona Airport.
